Our Manifesto for a New Government: addressing crises in housing and health & making existing homes & communities the priority

The new government elected in the general election in 2024 will be confronted by a broken housing market in which there is continuing reliance on inadequate, inappropriate and insecure homes. This manifesto sets out the reasons for giving priority to improving existing homes and communities and the policy actions that are urgently needed.
