Dumbing down and weakening the HHSRS

Published in July 2023’s Legal Action Group magazine, Healthier Housing partner David Ormandy argues that proposed revisions to the Housing, Health and Safety Rating System will severely reduce its effectiveness, prioritising the interests of landlords but making tenants’ lives worse.
