Condensation and Mould - Still Blaming the Victim

In 1982, David Ormandy wrote an article, “Condensation” for Legal Action magazine to “counter the suggestion often made … that increasing the heat and opening the windows is all that is necessary” to solve the problems. Unfortunately, that ‘lifestyle’ defence is still rife 41 years later so Legal Action has published an updated article, see below (March 2023 Legal Action 7).
